I am a Learning & Development Program Manager with eLearning authoring and multimedia design skills.
I attended Virginia Tech and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in business.
My greatest strength is ‘Versatility‘.
I am an instructional designer, a multimedia and web designer, and a trainer.
I recently managed several large training programs in the behavioral healthcare space for Anthem over an 8 year period leading provider onboarding, annual renewal, and telehealth training.
Prior roles included managing web-based software development projects and teams, performing as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), and designing and delivering training predominantly in the financial services industry.

As a Learning & Development Program Manager, I ensure the Learning & Development Program aligns with the organization’s mission and goals.
My Instructional Design Skills are steeped from 20 years of experience combining Business Systems Analysis, Program and Project Management (Traditional and Agile Scrum Methodologies), Change Management, Process Design, Requirements Management, Web Design, eLearning Authoring, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Production, Audio Editing, and Animation.
I have proven results including improving learner engagement, identifying and documenting competency gaps, defining instructional goals, establishing measurable learning objectives, designing learning activities and assessments, measuring learning effectiveness, and aligning learning solutions with organizational goals.
My most used eLearning authoring and media design tools include Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and Techsmith Camtasia.
I love learning, too. Current research on Generative AI, Personalized Learning Paths, Learning Experience Platforms, Next Generation SCORM and xAPI, and AI’s Impact on Instructional Design are generating thought capital and content for interactive courses and software simulations that I’m developing right now (using the eLearning and Media design tools listed above).
I bring innovative Instructional Design ideas incorporating rapid prototyping techniques and flexible design approaches. I leverage the power of AI, while overlaying iterative ADDIE modeling and Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation.
Lastly, I have many years of experience fostering relationships and collaborating with customers, learners, C-level leaders, and stakeholders, alike. It is my favorite aspect of work.
